# Customer Satisfaction Score

When users provide feedback on our services, their satisfaction score will be recorded and saved in the ticket history. This allows us to track the level of satisfaction for each ticket individually. In cases where users do not provide feedback, the ticket may not have a satisfaction score associated with it. This helps us understand the overall satisfaction level of our users and areas where improvements may be needed.
