The Audience section is your gateway to understanding the profiles of users who have interacted with Amity Bots. This insightful perspective is vital for shaping effective communication strategies and fostering strong user relationships.
Key Components of the Audience Page are as followed:
At the top of the page, you'll see a row of cards, each representing a different channel.
Each card displays the number of users who have communicated with Amity Bots through that particular channel.
Get a panoramic view of users spanning all channels.
The table includes the following columns:
Channel User ID: The unique user ID associated with that specific channel.
Display Name: The name that the user uses within that channel.
Channel: The specific chat channel that the user is engaged on.
Platform: The underlying platform of the said channel.
Use the built-in search capabilities to swiftly locate users by their User ID or Display Name. Additionally, you can filter the table to view users from selected channels.
To dive into the intricacies of individual user interactions, click View Profile adjacent to a user's details. This will navigate you to the Audience Profile page

Custom Tags:
Custom Tags offer a more tailored view of the user. These are not generated by the bot's interactions but are set externally through the Audience Tag API.

Custom Field:
The Custom Field provides a space for storing specific text strings associated with an audience profile. This could range from user preferences to important notes.
