# Fulfillments

## Create a fulfillment

Click ‘Add new fulfillment’, to create the fulfillment, consists of:&#x20;

* **Fulfillment Name:** Limit the text type to a maximum of 255 characters.
* **Description:** Limit the text type to a maximum of 500 characters.
* **Target Knowledge (KM):** Connect to the knowledge base to get the information related to the question asked, limit to 1 knowledge base per fulfillment
* **Search Term Generator:** Toggle on to enable search term generator

### Search Term Generator

* **Search Term Generator Prompt:** helps users create more precise search queries by suggesting terms based on the type of knowledge base
