Click ‘Add new fulfillment’, to create the fulfillment, consists of:
Fulfillment Name: Limit the text type to a maximum of 255 characters.
Description: Limit the text type to a maximum of 500 characters.
Target Knowledge (KM): Connect to the knowledge base to get the information related to the question asked, limit to 1 knowledge base per fulfillment
Search Term Generator: Toggle on to enable search term generator
Search Term Generator Prompt: helps users create more precise search queries by suggesting terms based on the type of knowledge base
