Introduction to ASAP

Finding your way around the platform

ASAP platform allows you to set-up and manage their own virtual assistants. The ASAP home page comprises six menus that provide different functions.

  1. Chat: Test and chat with an AI assistant you created.

  2. Assistants: Create a new, edit and delete your AI assistant.

  3. Fulfillment: A library for your AI Assistant where prompt designer can add, manage and delete knowledge source for their AI assistant to learn. The list of knowledge source available for your AI assistant is created on ‘Fulfillment’.

  4. Knowledge Base: Add, edit and delete documents and files or connect with external knowledge source as a knowledge base. All of the knowledge for your AI assistant on ‘Fulfillment’ is imported from ‘Knowledge Base’.

  5. Users: Invite your colleague to ASAP, manage, assign role and delete an account that has an access to ASAP.

  6. Account: Report real time ASAP usage. Token used is on your ASAP is illustrated in form of a graph where filter to see token usage data by your choice of date range can be applied.
